Lorraine Teague, R.N., B.S.N., C.H.P.N., Executive Director

Lorraine Teague became the Executive Director of Hospice of Guernsey in 2014. She has been active in the field of nursing, caring for terminally ill patients in the hospice setting for over 22 years. She has been certified in hospice and palliative care since 1997 and received her Bachelor of Nursing from Muskingum University in 2013. Her focus within Hospice of Guernsey has been providing symptom management and support to patients at the end of life. In her role as director, Lorraine is committed to delivering quality care to the communities served, with the ongoing support of a caring and compassionate hospice team.

Sandra Massullo-Schubert, M.D., Medical Director

Dr. Schubert joined the Hospice of Guernsey, Inc. team as Medical Director in 2008. She graduated from Youngstown State University in 1987 and from Northeastern Ohio University’s College of Medicine/Internal Medicine and Pediatrics in 1992. She is Board Certified in

Pediatrics. Dr. Schubert served her residency at the Western Reserve Care System in Youngstown, Ohio. She became interested in hospice and palliative care as a result of referring her own patients for hospice care and working with the Hospice of Guernsey, Inc. staff directly on her patient’s behalf.

Kyla Eubanks, R.N., C.H.P.N., Clinical Supervisor

Kyla Eubanks began her career in 2006 after graduating high school as an LPN. She worked in both long term care and as a traveling nurse. In 2012, Kyla became an RN and joined the Hospice of Guernsey team as a case manager. Within two years, she became certified in hospice and palliative care. Her experience and dedication lead her to become clinical supervisor in 2021. Kyla is committed to bringing the best possible care to those who need it most.
